How do I delete my recorded or uploaded media file?After you save your recording or upload your media file, you'll see a "Delete URL". Save the "Delete URL" somewhere safe, so you can delete the media file at any time. The "Delete URL" will only appear once, so there is no way to retrieve it again in the future.

How long will the media file be saved?Currently, we have it set for 5 years from the date of last access. We may change the set date in the future. The last access date, not the same as the creation date, is the date that the media file was last played.

What happen if the media file is lost or deleted?If the media file is lost or deleted, upload again. You are responsibile to have a backup copy of your media file on your device (i.e. computer, phone, etc.). There is an option to download your recording before you save.

Can I record or upload copyrighted material?No, turn off background music or audio while you record. Do not sing or read copyrighted material. Do not upload media files with copyrighted material. You, the person behind the IP address, are fully responsible for what you record or upload.

Can I use ilip for illegal purposes?No, ilip can only be used for legal purposes. Do not use Ilip for illegal purposes, such as making threats or engaging in illegal activities. You, the person behind the IP address, are fully responsible for what you record or upload.

What information does ilip collect from me?Currently, only your IP address and information associated with the IP address.
